Shipping Information

• All local orders (Lower Mainland BC) over $125.00 shall be shipped free of charge.
All orders under $125.00 or outside the local order areas will be quoted charges before
products are shipped.

• Orders shall be shipped within 4 working days after the receipt of the order.

• All orders with in the (Lower Mainland BC) area will be shipped out via local delivery service. All other orders will be shipped via Canada Post unless other shipping options are requested. Orders are sent expedited post which should normally reach you within 3-7business days from the time we ship the order. If you require a faster shipping method please indicate when you initially place your order. A company representative will contact you regarding your shipping total. For International orders the shipping time may take longer.

 

Back Orders

• Our inventory is always moving. Occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock.. Please note that we will back-order items that were not shipped.

• You will not be charged for items not shipped.
